Surface Preparation :
Mould surfaces should be dry and clean before application.
Application :
The ambient temperature should be between +5 °C and +35 °C,
exposures to the conditions outside of these temperatures might
cause drying out, can be thinned with proper organic solvents.
it is ready to use. For maximum benefit from the product, the
material should be applied in a thin layer. Since excessive oil
use will cause stain on concrete, excessive oil on the substrate
should be made in ideal amount with sponge or similar material.
Dosage :
With 1 lt of CELİK KALIP AYIRICI ;
Absorbent surfaces : approx. 20 m2 surface can be coated
Non-absorbent surfaces : approx. 40 m2 surface can be coated
Storage :
Shelf life of CELİK KALIP AYIRICI is 24 months as of the
production date in dry and moisture-free environment provided
that packages will not be opened and kept between 5 °C and
35°C.Package should be kept tightly closed when not in use.
