Extra quick setting admixture for mortar.

Description :

KATALİZ-2 is a extra quick setting admixture for mortar that sets approximately 20 seconds after mixing with dry cement.

 

Uses :

  • Especially the pressurized infiltration from concrete
  • The drying the areas that are fill with water or drying the areas
  • That are highly moisturized before pouring the concrete

Color : Transparent
Density : 1,25 ± 0,05 g/cm3
Application Temperature : Between +5.0ºC and +35.0ºC

Application :

KATALİZ-2 is ready to use in its package. It should be mixed with cement without aggregate.

After mixing KATALİZ-2 with cement, do not mix any other material like as water.

If the infiltration is not pressurized, coat the surface by KATALİZ-2 purely. After that sprinkle the dry cement on it. Lastly fix the surface by using hand shovel. This application can be done several times i till getting regular surface.

 

Storage :

1 year from the production date in dry and moisture free ambient. Package should be kept tightly closed when not in use.

The liquid component should be protected against frost.
